• Named for the legendary family that ruled Tuscany for three centuries, this exceptional extra-virgin olive oil is an Italian delicacy. The olives are grown in organic orchards on the Borgo de Medici's private estate, where the unique soil and climate are recognized by a Protected Designation of Origin. Bottled after the first cold-pressing, the oil is rich in fruity flavor, fresh aroma and a vibrant tang. Use it in vinaigrettes, as a dip for crusty bread, or as a finishing touch for everything from grilled meat and roasted vegetables to pizza.
