Cheesy Egg Ramen

If you’ve got a package of ramen noodles on hand, you’ve got the makings for a delicious meal. Our super-quick version gets richness from cheese and body from the egg. No American cheese in your fridge? No problem! Cheddar is equally delicious.

Prepare the ramen noodles according to the packaging instructions. Immediately stir the egg into the hot ramen, mixing vigorously with chopsticks or a fork until no raw egg white remains. Top with the cheese and scallions. Now eat! Serves 1.
