Cozy Chocolate Hazelnut Latte
Perfect for Christmas morning or an afternoon spent by the fire, this coffee creation from Cozy White Cottage Seasons author Liz Marie Galvan is enriched with chocolate shavings and a touch of cream. Using a Nespresso machine, the hazelnut coffee brews in less than a minute, making this a great drink to serve to surprise visitors throughout the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Williams Sonoma Hot Chocolate shavings
- 1 hazelnut coffee capsule, I use Nespresso
- 1-2 splashes heavy cream or non-dairy alternative
- Williams Sonoma Vanilla Marshmallows, for serving
Directions
Put the Williams Sonoma Hot Chocolate shavings in a mug. Brew the hazelnut coffee directly into the mug. Stir the coffee and chocolate mixture until it is smooth. Top with a splash or two of heavy cream, depending on desired creaminess, and a Williams Sonoma Vanilla Marshmallow. Serve immediately. Makes 1 latte.
