Moscow Mule

Traditionally served in a copper mug, which helps to keep the drink ice-cold, a Moscow Mule can also be served in a highball glass. For the best results, chill your mug in the freezer for a few hours before serving this refreshing drink.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled copper mug or highball glass. Top with the ginger beer to taste and stir gently. Garnish with the mint sprig and serve immediately Serves 1.
