Picnic Smash
Seedlip Spice 94, a distilled nonalcoholic spirit that features warm notes of Jamaican allspice and cardamom and a bright citrus finish, elevates this refreshing summer sipper far above your usual mocktail. Serve it in jam jars garnished with fresh basil leaves for the perfect picnic drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. (60 ml) Seedlip Spice 94
- 3/4 oz. (20 ml) fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbs. strawberry jam
- 3 basil leaves
Directions
In a jam jar filled with ice, combine the Seedlip Spice 94, grapefruit juice, strawberry jam and 2 of the basil leaves. Cover the jar and shake vigorously until well chilled. Remove the lid, garnish with the remaining basil leaf and serve. Makes 1 drink.
