Blood oranges like the Tarocco and Moro varieties are a prized product of Sicily, Italy, where their ruby-red flesh adds dramatic color to all kinds of desserts, salads and drinks served on the island. Their juice makes the perfect addition the quintessential Italian cocktail, the Negroni, as it highlights the orange flavor of the Campari.
