Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread
This easy-to-prepare quick bread celebrates fall with the flavor of pumpkin and pecans . Bake the bread in a standard loaf pan or, for beautiful detailing, use our fall harvest loaf pan.
Ingredients
- 1 package spiced pecan pumpkin quick bread mix
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick) (4 oz./125 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (8 fl. oz./250 ml) water
- 2 eggs
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 4-by-8-inch (10-by-20-cm) loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the quick bread mix, butter, water and eggs, and stir until smooth and blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 15 minutes, then turn the loaf out onto the rack. Serve slices warm or at room temperature. Serves 10 to 12.

The best mix I've ever made!
I received the Nordicware Woodland Cakelet pan and two mixes for Christmas. This was one of them. Absolutely delicious...I'd make it once a week if I could afford it!

Heavily spiced
I purchased two of the Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread Mixes. I baked one and we could not eat it. I threw it in the garbage. It is very heavily spiced.
