• Smoked American Wagyu Beef Sausages: These links are made with Snake River Farms' exceptional American Wagyu beef, a blend of Japanese Wagyu and high-quality domestic varieties. It's seasoned with black pepper and expertly smoked over hardwood. (4 sausages; 13 oz. total)
• Smoked Jalapeño Cheddar Sausages: Made with a blend of Snake River Farms' premium hand-selected beef and pork, these spicy links are enhanced with fresh jalapeños, tangy cheddar cheese and expert smoking over hardwood. (4 sausages; 13 oz. total)

Receiving Instructions

• Sausages ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, thaw completely in refrigerator before heating.

Preparation Instructions

• Heat on grill, in smoker or in sauté pan, turning to heat both sides. Cook for approx. 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F as measured by instant-read thermometer.

• Smoked American Wagyu Beef Sausages: Beef, water, sodium lactate, spice, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrite, pork casing.
• Smoked Jalapeño Cheddar Sausages: Pork, beef, water, pasteurized process cheddar cheese (cheddar cheese, pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), milk fat, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid, annatto coloring, jalapeño peppers, sodium lactate, spice, sodium nitrate.
