Three Days of Classic French Entrées

Created to be authentic versions of the French originals, they're ideal for busy weeknights, new parents and housewarming gifts. No need to thaw them – just put one in the oven or microwave, cook and serve. 

Boeuf Bourguignon: Tender pieces of boneless beef are cooked with carrots in a red wine sauce and topped with homemade cheddar cheese dumplings. (16 oz.; 3–5 servings)

Coq au Vin: Chicken pieces are cooked on the bone in red wine sauce with pearl onions and traditional seasonings. (16 oz.; 3–5 servings)

Cassoulet: Chicken pieces are roasted on the bone and slow-cooked in white wine gravy with andouille sausages, uncured bacon and white beans. (16 oz.; 3–5 servings)

Receiving Instructions

• Entrées ship frozen. Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 6 months.

Serving Instructions

• Cook entrées in oven or microwave.
• Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove entrée from freezer. Remove plastic film from container and wrap in foil. Bake for approx. 70 minutes.
• Microwave: Remove entrée from freezer. Pierce holes in plastic film. Heat on high for 13–16 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 158°F. Appliances vary, so adjust time accordingly. Stir before serving.
