Affogato Bomb

For a fun twist on the classic Italian dessert, try our decadent Affogato Bombs. Each one features a sphere of ultra-rich vanilla ice cream inside a dense shell of Belgian milk chocolate. Created for us by an East Coast confectioner, they're made with premium ingredients including fresh cream and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.

Receiving Instructions

• Affogato Bombs ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. 
• Upon receipt, remove Affogato Bombs from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 month. 

Serving Instructions

• Affogato Bombs are best enjoyed frozen.

• Ice Cream: Cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks, skim milk, natural vanilla.
• Chocolate Coating: Sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla.
