Care

• Unplug unit and let cool before cleaning.
• Do not wash bases of steamer and blender in dishwasher.
• Use damp cloth or sponge to wipe off heating unit inside tank and base of blending unit. Do not use detergents or cleaners. Air-dry.
• Do not wash unit under running water. Do not allow water to enter parts containing electrical components.
• Do not use abrasive or scouring cleansers as they may damage machine and surface.
• Cooking baskets, removable trays, cooking water vessel, lids, spatula and blending jug are top-rack dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand-wash using sponge, hot water and dishwashing liquid. Rinse well and air-dry.
• To clean blending blade, unscrew it clockwise from beneath jug, then hand-wash.

Descaling:

• Mineral deposits may form on heating unit over time. When this occurs, the CALC icon will appear on the control panel.
• Descale water tank regularly (every 50 cycles), using 3.5 fl. oz. (100ml) hot water and 3.5 fl. oz. (100ml) white vinegar. Let solution sit for 1–2 hours (or more if necessary), without plugging in unit. Empty solution and wipe off inside of tank and heating unit with wet cloth.
• Once descaling is complete, hold down OK button for 5 seconds to make CALC icon disappear.
• Limescale may be removed using limescale removers designed for food products (citric-acid based).
• Note: 50 cycles is average estimate. Descaling may need to be performed more often if water used has high mineral content (also known as "hard water").

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
