Crafted in the San Francisco Bay Area using black truffles from the renowned Périgord region of southwestern France, each component of this gourmet assortment is hand made in small batches. Enjoy truffle butter, truffle mousse and truffle salami – all authentically prepared according to traditional French recipes.

• Black Truffle Butter: Made with Beurre de Baratte (hand-churned traditional butter), this decadent spread provides a great finish for red meat, seafood, pasta, risotto, vegetables and mashed potatoes. It also makes a delicious addition to sauces. (3 oz.)
• Truffle Mousse: This light, flavorful blend is made of creamy chicken livers, truffles and porcini mushrooms marinated in sherry wine. Serve it in or out of the terrine with salami. Delicious with a French baguette, it pairs easily with a glass of merlot, tawny port wine, Gewürztraminer or Madeira. (7 oz.)
• Black Truffle Salami: Rich and flavorful with exceptional balance, this salami is made with Berkshire pork, black truffles, Armagnac and spices. It's dry-cured, fermented and aged for 90 days. Sliced and combined with a French baguette, the salami pairs perfectly with a glass of red or white Burgundy wine. (6 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Truffle butter ships frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 9 months or in refrigerator for up to 45 days. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
• Truffle mousse ships chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
• Salami ships frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 10 days.

Serving Instructions

• Serve all components at room temperature.

• Black Truffle Butter: Cultured butter, black truffle pieces, black truffle puree, black truffle extract, sea salt.
• Truffle Mousse: Chicken liver, chicken fat, water, eggs, sherry wine, mushrooms, salt, cane sugar, nonfat dry milk, truffles, porcini mushroom powder, dry onions, pepper, aspic (water, gelatin, vinegar, brandy, salt, carrageenan).
• Black Truffle Salami: Berkshire pork, sea salt, black truffle peelings, nonfat dry milk, organic sugar in the raw, red wine, organic dextrose, Armagnac, sodium nitrite, black pepper, black truffle aroma, black truffle puree, white truffle extract, nutmeg, lactic acid starter culture, garlic, ground juniper berries, casing (beef or pork).
