Use

• Preheat grill and pizza stone using the following method: Turn on main burners to medium-high on your gas grill or the steak setting if cooking on a pellet. Add pizza stone into the cook box to heat up at the same time as your grill. For a charcoal grill, ensuring your stone is directly above lit coals, and the dampers are wide open.
• Once your grill hits roughly 475°F, you should be ready to add your built pizza. Carefully slide the dough onto the stone and close the grill's  lid. Cooking times vary, but most pizzas cook in 10–15 minutes.
• If your gas grill has a rear rotisserie burner, you can turn it on to speed up cooking time. Be sure to rotate your pizza after a few minutes to prevent burning.

Care

• Scrape off baked-on food and rinse in plain water if needed; dry thoroughly.
• Do not wash stone with soap; the pores will absorb it.
• Do not submerge stone in water.

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
