The Cajun Turkey Company has been making the most succulent Cajun fried turkey since 1994. Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage, fueled by his secret Geaux Juice – a blend of zesty Cajun spices in an orange juice base. Each turkey is infused with Geaux Juice and rubbed with bayou spices, then marinated overnight before deep frying in peanut oil. The result is a bird that's exceptionally moist and juicy inside, with just the right amount of crispness outside.

Receiving Instructions

• Turkey ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 18 months.

Preparation Instructions

• If turkey is frozen, thaw unopened in refrigerator for 48–72 hours. Remove turkey from refrigerator 2 hours before cooking and allow it to rest in sink with no water or in pan at room temperature.
• Turkey is fully cooked and needs only warming in the oven before serving. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic from turkey but leave it wrapped in foil. Place foil-wrapped turkey in pan and warm in preheated oven for 60–75 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat.

• Spicy Deep Fried Turkey: Turkey, water, orange juice (concentrated orange juice, water, sodium benzoate [preservative], potassium sorbate [preservative]), margarine (soybean oil, water, -gait, hydrogenated soybean oil, vegetable mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate [preservative], citric acid [preservative], artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate, calcium disodium EDTA [flavor protector]), seasoning (corn syrup solids, sodium phosphate, salt, soy sauce [wheat, soybeans, salt], maltodextrin, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, natural butter flavor, citric acid, tomato powder, natural flavors, spices, less than 2% silicon dioxide [anti-caking agent], polysorbate 80 [anti-caking agent]), salt, brine maximizer (rice starch, carrageenan gum, xanthan gum, salt), sodium nitrite, rub (spices, salt, corn syrup solids, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, soy sauce [wheat, soybeans, salt], maltodextrin, natural flavors, monosodium glutamate, sugar, malic acid, citric acid, onion powder, tomato powder, natural butter flavor, less than 2% of silicon dioxide [anti-caking agent], soybean oil [anti-caking agent]).
