The award-winning, cultured, Grade-A pasteurized crème fraîche is made by Bellwether Farms. The traditional recipe uses only the cream of fresh milk to create the perfect texture with subtle flavor. Terroirs D'Antan's French Cocktail Blinis are golden brown in color with a soft, fluffy texture. Each iridescent spoon is one of a kind, and the natural material won't interfere with the nuanced flavor of the roe.

Receiving Instructions

• Food items ship chilled with ice packs.
• Crème Fraîche: Store unopened in refrigerator for up to 8 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.
• Blinis: Store unopened in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks or in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 5 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Blinis: Cook in conventional oven for 4 minutes at 350°F or microwave for 35 seconds.

• Hand-wash spoons.
