• Kunik Mini: Nettle Meadow Farm's world-champion triple crème cheese gets its buttery richness and delicate tang from goat's milk and cow's milk, blended by hand and cave-aged to develop its bloomy rind and earthy undertones. (3.5 oz.)
• Bijou Goat Cheese Crottin: Handcrafted in small batches using Hudson Valley goat's milk, this creamy, semi-firm cheese is ripened in vegetable ash to create its bloomy white rind. (4 oz.)
• Pur Brebis: Hailing from the French Pyrenees, this pure sheep's milk cheese is aged up to 6 months to produce its creamy flavor, firm texture and distinctively crusty rind. Made in France. (8 oz.)
• Gorgonzola Cremificato: This mild Italian cow's milk cheese has an ultra-creamy texture, grassy flavor and delicate tang. Made in Italy. (8 oz.)
• Olina's Wafer Crackers: These thin, crisp wheat rounds feature a hint of cheese and a sprinkle of salt. Made in Australia. (3.5 oz.)
• Reusable Wooden Crate: Made of durable wood. Made in China. (13 3/4" x 11" x 4 1/2" high)

Receiving Instructions

• Cheese ships chilled with gel/ice packs.
• Upon receipt, immediately remove cheese from shipping container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days. Cheese is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
• Store crackers at room temperature.

Serving Suggestions

• To experience full flavor of cheese, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, remove cheese from refrigerator approx. 1 hour prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
• Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning unused amount to refrigerator.
• Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper or waxed paper and store in refrigerator. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.

• Pur Brebis: Sheep's milk, salt, ferments.
