Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, Serves 8

Savor a Southern favorite with this hearty jambalaya from the Cajun Turkey Company. Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage in 1994 and today, his signature recipes are enjoyed far and wide. Loaded with grilled chicken and andouille pork sausage, the made-from-scratch jambalaya is cooked in steam kettles with long-grain rice, bell peppers and tomatoes, then seasoned with garlic, smoky flavor and a kick of spice. The fully cooked entrée arrives ready to heat and serve for a satisfying meal in minutes.

Receiving Instructions

• Jambalaya ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove jambalaya from shipping container and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 1 year.

Thawing Instructions.

• If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• On stovetop, bring pot of water to a boil. Reduce heat, place sealed bag in water and simmer for 8–10 minutes or until hot.
• Use caution when cutting bag open – contents will be very hot.
