Use

• Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
• Use low to medium setting for most cooking.
• Oven safe to 500°F.
• Glass lids are oven safe to 350°F.
• Steamer insert fits 2-qt. and 3-qt. saucepans.
• Before first use, wash new cookware in warm water with mild soap or dish detergent, or in dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with soft dish towel.

Care

• Immediately after each use, fill pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent; let stand until lukewarm. Use a sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads that make coarse scratches.
• To remove stubborn food residue, add one inch of water to pan, then add one Tbs. dishwasher detergent (non-lemon product). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool in pan, then drain and rinse. Loosen residue with sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.
• Stains on outside bottom (not sides) can be removed with oven cleaner. Follow manufacturer's directions and spray or brush cleaner on outside bottom of pan. If directions call for using cleaner in warm oven, heat pan before applying cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
• Dishwasher safe.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
