• Terrine of Foie Gras: One of the highest expressions of classic charcuterie, D'Artagnan's luxurious terrine showcases a whole lobe of Moulard duck foie gras. For the ultimate flavor and texture, the foie gras is gently cooked in its own natural juices, seasoned only with salt, white pepper and a dash of sugar. (8 oz.)
• Foie Gras Torchon: To craft this classic French-style torchon, chefs gently poach a cylinder of Moulard duck foie gras with Sauternes wine and a few simple seasonings. The resulting delicacy is exceptionally rich and flavorful, with a velvety smooth texture. (5 oz.)

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• The medallion, terrine and torchon ship chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 4 months. Once opened, enjoy within 7 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• For the best flavor and texture, allow these items to sit at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before serving.

• Medallion of Foie Gras: Duck foie gras, water, sugar, Sauternes wine, truffles, salt, truffle oil, white pepper, cornstarch.
• Terrine of Foie Gras: Whole duck foie gras, salt, sugar, white pepper.
• Foie Gras Torchon: Duck foie gras, Sauternes wine, brown sugar, salt, natural flavorings, white pepper.
