Use

• Frothing quality will vary depending on type of milk or milk alternative selected. De'Longhi recommends cold whole milk, 2% milk, rice milk, soy milk or oatmilk.
• For best results, store frothing jug in refrigerator.

Care

• Unplug appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Small cup grill support, small cup grill, mug/cup tray, mug/cup tray support, water level indicator and drip tray are dishwasher safe.
• Hand-wash portafilter, holder, water tank and grinder.
• Clean filter baskets and wipe down steam wand after each use.
• Empty drip tray daily or when full.
• Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
• Avoid using solvents, abrasive detergents and alcohol-based cleaners.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
