DIY Gingerbread House Kit

Fun for the whole family over the holidays, this DIY kit contains everything you need to create a frosted, candy-covered masterpiece. The fragrant gingerbread is handcrafted by artisan bakers in Florida, and cut into convenient panels for the roof and walls. Just mix the powdered royal icing with water, then use it to build and decorate the house with gumdrops, mints and sprinkles.

Receiving Instructions

• Kit ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, remove kit from shipping container and store unopened at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in freezer for up to 1 month.

Preparation Instructions

Icing Mix

• Combine 1 pouch icing powder mix with 1 Tbs. water. For best results, mix with electric mixer for 5–7 minutes until stiff peaks form. Pour icing into piping bag and push into tip. Cut small hole in tip of bag. See included instructions for details.
• Cookies are best decorated at room temperature. If frozen, remove from freezer approx. 2 hours before decorating.

• Gingerbread Cookies: All-purpose flour, unsalted sweet cream butter, molasses, sugar, eggs, ground spices (ginger, allspice, nutmeg), pure vanilla extract, baking soda.
• Icing Mix: Confectioners' sugar, dried egg whites.
• Gumdrops: Corn syrup, sugar, modified cornstarch, natural flavors, artificial flavors, caramel color, artificial colors (Yellow #6, Blue #1, Red #40, Yellow #5, Red #3).
• Starlight Mints: Corn syrup, sugar, titanium dioxide (color), peppermint oil, Red #40.
• Sprinkles (Funfetti): Sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cornstarch, sunflower lecithin, gum arabic, FD&C colors (Red #40, Yellow #6, Red #3, Blue #1), confectioners' glaze.
