Masterfully crafted from composite concrete or premium teak, the Base 40 operates with three fuel-type options: plumbed natural gas and liquid propane for outdoor use, or eco-friendly bioethanol for indoor/outdoor use. The square fire table yields a clean-burning flame without releasing smoke, soot, or ash for relaxation minus the mess of a wood fire.
- Square base is crafted from either lightweight composite concrete (in choice of Bone, Graphite and Natural colors) or natural oiled teak.
- Choose between interchangeable plumbed natural gas/liquid propane fire table (for outdoor use only) or bioethanol-fueled fire table (for indoor/outdoor use).
- Easy push-button electronic ignition.
- Adjustable flame height and temperature.
- Heat output: up to 65,000 BTUs for natural gas/liquid propane for maximum heat output; up to 20,000 BTUs for bioethanol for low heat emission.
- Concrete models include waterproof cover; glass fire screen not included.
- Teak model includes tempered glass fire screen; waterproof cover not included.
- Bioethanol fuel sold separately.
- Professional installation required for natural-gas connection.
- Not available to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Concrete Base 40
- Clean regularly to ensure safe use and extended product life.
- Do not clean until fire is completely out and unit is cool to the touch.
- Do not use oven cleaner or abrasive cleaners as they will damage finish.
- Wipe exterior surfaces with mild soap, then rinse clean with water.
- Reseal concrete table every six months with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax.
- Cover unit when not in use.
Teak Base 40
- Product is delivered with a natural oil coating already applied to protect the surface from stains that could occur if ethanol or other liquid substances drip onto the surface.
- We recommend reapplying a fresh coat of natural oil once or twice a year to keep your product looking in its best condition.

An unlimited number of eligible furniture and oversized items can be delivered directly into your home for a single flat rate. For a reduced flat rate, select items may be shipped to a local store for customer pickup or receive Doorstep Delivery (no room placement or assembly).
