Use

• Before first use, fill pot with enough milk (or soy milk) to cover bottom, then simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat immediately and let cool before cleaning. Alternatively, simmer 1 qt. of water (1L) with 1/2 cup (150g) of rice for 5 minutes.
• Requires denatured alcohol or gel pack (not included).
• Always heat pot slowly.
• Do not heat empty pot.
• Do not put hot pot on cold surface.
• Do not put cold liquids in hot pot.
• Ideal for use on all cooktops, gas grills and induction ranges (with induction disc; not included).
• Oven and broiler safe to 930°F.
• Microwavable.
• Freezer safe.
• Before placing multipurpose burner in metal stand, remove extinguished flame lid.
• Pour fuel in burner, filling just enough to soak fuel receptacle (or wick). Do not overfill. No free-flowing fuel should be visible.
• Place burner in stand. Grasp burner handle and turn clockwise to fully open flame regulator. Light burner with safety lighter or long matchstick.

Care

• Allow pot to cool before cleaning.
• Pot is dishwasher safe.
• Hand-wash stand and forks.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
• To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
• Pot will expand slightly when heated. This creates small, thin cracks in glaze, which are especially visible on light-colored pots. These cracks are not flaws but are proof of pot's resistance to temperature change.

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
