Floral Four-Layer Chocolate Cake, Serves 8-10

Everything's coming up flowers with our garden-inspired cake. A sweet finale for springtime celebrations, the decadent dessert features four tiers of rich, moist chocolate cake layered with fluffy chocolate cream cheese. The showstopping treat is handcrafted by artisan bakers, covered in green-hued vanilla buttercream made with Nielsen-Massey extract, and decorated with colorful buttercream blooms and leaves.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store in bakery box in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, remove plastic wrap from cake and store in bakery box in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove plastic wrap from cake and thaw in bakery box in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Remove cake from refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature in bakery box approx. 2 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
