Galaxy Desserts croissants are crafted in the traditional French style, using buttery, award-winning puff pastry. There's no simpler way to bring a taste of France to the breakfast table.

Classic Croissants (8): Breakfast classics with a delicate flaky texture, buttery taste and irresistible aroma.

Almond Croissants (8): Buttery dough is prepared, cut and filled with the creamy custard, then sprinkled with toasted almond slices.

Chocolate Croissants (8): Enriched with a filling of premium chocolate from renowned Belgian maker Callebaut.

• Easy to prepare – just let rise overnight and then bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

Receiving Instructions

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may evaporate during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 1 month.

Preparation Instructions

• Place frozen croissants – rounded side up – on parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with another piece of parchment paper. Let croissants rise at room temperature (68°F–72°F) for 8–10 hours.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Remove top piece of parchment paper. Lightly brush tops of croissants with egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. water). Bake croissants until puffed and golden, approx. 15–20 minutes.
• Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
