Galaxy Desserts® Freezer to Oven Classic Croissants

When time is of the essence, you'll appreciate the latest revolution in French baking: the first truly ready-to-bake premium croissants. Galaxy Desserts Freezer-to-Oven Croissants are crafted in the traditional French style, using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough. Made with the same ingredients as our traditional rise-and-bake croissants, the tempting treats turn out light and airy, with a delicate flaky texture and a hint of buttery richness. The pastries go straight from freezer to oven – no proofing or egg wash required. Just bake and serve warm for a satisfying treat any time of day.

Receiving Instructions

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 months. 

Serving Instructions

• Thaw croissants for 20–30 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake croissants until golden brown, approx. 18–24 minutes. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

• Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cultured butter (milk, natural flavor, bacterial culture), water, yeast, sugar, dough conditioner (wheat gluten, wheat flour, rapeseed lecithin, malted wheat flour, deactivated yeast, ascorbic acid, enzymes), milk, salt, whole milk powder, locust bean gum, soy oil, egg yolks, xanthan gum.
