Care
- To keep ice tasting fresh and machine looking great, we recommend cleaning/sanitizing at least once per week using Clean cycle (see product manual for directions).
- Exterior: Unplug appliance, then use soft cloth dampened with soapy water to gently wipe down surface. Dry with soft cloth. Exterior stainless-steel surfaces can be cleaned with commercial stainless-steel cleaner. Use only liquid cleaner free of grit and rub in direction of brush lines with damp, soft sponge. Do not use appliance wax, polish, solvents or chemicals on stainless steel.
- Water Tank: Hand-wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not clean in dishwasher. Remove cap and wash cap and rubber valve with water and mild dish soap. Tank base can be washed by disconnecting hose and adding small amount of soapy water. Scrub as needed and rinse thoroughly. Rinse water should drain out port in back.
- Ice Bin: Remove ice bin from appliance and clean with soft cloth dampened with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Dry with soft cloth. Avoid using solvents and chemicals.
- Drip Tray: Wipe dry regularly; water left in tray may leave deposits. To clean drip tray, remove from appliance and use soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Dry with soft cloth. Avoid using solvents and chemicals.

Return Policy
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
