Gluten-Free Cherry Pie

Amanda Wilbanks – founder of Georgia's Southern Baked Pie Company – combines family recipes, local ingredients and all-butter crusts to create some of the best pies we've ever tasted. Her gluten-free cherry pie is baked from scratch using sour cherries and just enough sugar to balance the fruit's mouthwatering tartness. The tempting treat is finished with a hand-rolled lattice-top crust. Enjoy a slice with a swirl of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.

Receiving Instructions

• Pie ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator.

Serving Instructions

• Pie is best enjoyed at room temperature or warmed.
• To warm, preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and heat in oven for 30 minutes or until warmed through.

• Sour red cherries, gluten-free flour (rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca dextrin, xanthan gum, rice extract), butter (pasteurized cream), sugar, cornstarch, salt.
