RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Pasta shells ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove pasta shells from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 6 months or in refrigerator for up to 21 days. Once opened, store in freezer and enjoy within 3 months or store in refrigerator and enjoy within 10 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

From Frozen

• Heat in microwave on high for 4 minutes.
• Carefully remove wrap, then heat additional 1 1/2–2 minutes.

From Refrigerated

• Heat in microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
• Carefully remove wrap, then heat additional 1–1 1/2 minutes.

• Dough (whole ancient-grain flour blend [millet, sorghum, amaranth, teff], tapioca starch, potato starch, whole egg powder, sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, water), filling (cheese blend [ricotta, Parmesan, fontina, mozzarella (whey, milk, cream, cheese culture, vinegar, stabilizers, salt, enzymes, potato starch)], egg whites, sea salt, garlic, black pepper), sauce (water, tomato paste, onion, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar, garlic, sea salt, basil).
• Contains dairy, eggs.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs.
