The Grinch™ Three-Layer Chocolate Cake, Serves 8-10

Delight youngsters – and the young at heart – this season. Our festive Grinch™ cake is decorated with the bright colors and disgruntled features of the beloved Dr. Seuss character. Crafted for us by artisan bakers, it boasts three tiers of moist chocolate cake layered with chocolate buttercream icing. The holiday treat is covered with fondant icing, then topped with a Grinch-shaped butter cookie.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box and store in freezer for up to 3 months. Alternatively, defrost in refrigerator overnight and enjoy within 14 days.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, allow cake to come to room temperature before serving.

• Buttercream & Chocolate Icing: Salt, powdered sugar, icing base (palm oil, canola oil, vegetable mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), shortening (high-oleic soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 60), high-fructose corn syrup, cornstarch, cocoa.
