H&H Bagels with Schmear & Nova Lox

Bagel lovers around the globe have made the trip to New York City to experience the wonder of H&H Bagels, famous since 1972 for creations "like no other bagel in the world." We're proud to bring you these legendary bagels, crafted using the company's original recipe and techniques. They've been featured everywhere from the Food Network to TV shows like "Seinfeld," "The Office" and "Sex & the City." In this set, we combine H&H bagels with the finest Nova Scotia smoked salmon and H&H's signature cream cheese.

• H&H Bagels: Made from scratch using high-quality ingredients, the bagels are proofed, kettle boiled and bathed in cold water, then baked in a vintage oven. Varieties include Plain and Everything.
• Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon: This delicious salmon is expertly smoked over hardwood to create delicate smoky flavors and succulent texture.
• Plain Cream Cheese: Classic cream cheese is exceptionally rich and velvety.
• Scallion Cream Cheese (in Dozen Set only): Silky smooth cream cheese is highlighted by aromatic green onions.
• Half Dozen Set includes 6 H&H bagels (Plain), Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon (8 oz.) and Plain Cream Cheese (8 oz.).
• Dozen Set includes 12 H&H bagels (6 Plain and 6 Everything), Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon (1 lb.), Plain Cream Cheese (8 oz.) and Scallion Cream Cheese (8 oz.).
• Certified kosher by Tablet K (bagels) and OK Kosher (cream cheese).
• Ships fresh and chilled.

Receiving Instructions

• The bagels are shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store them at room temperature for up to 1 day or place in freezer for up to 6 months.
• The smoked salmon and cream cheese ship chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store them in refrigerator. The smoked salmon will keep for up to 10 days unopened or up to 5 days opened. The cream cheese will keep for up to 7 days.

Serving Suggestions

• To serve, slice bagels in half, then toast. Spread cream cheese on each side and top with smoked salmon.
• If bagels are frozen, thaw on counter for 10–15 minutes prior to toasting.

• Plain Bagels: Flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, cornmeal, enzymes.
• Everything Bagels: Flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced onion, minced garlic, coarse salt, oats, cornmeal, enzymes.
• Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon: Salmon, salt, celery powder, natural hardwood smoke.
• Plain Cream Cheese: Pasteurized milk, pasteurized cream, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum.
• Scallion Cream Cheese: Pasteurized milk, pasteurized cream, scallions, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum.
