New Orleans baker, teacher and cookbook author Joy Wilson – aka Joy the Baker – is known for her fun takes on old-fashioned desserts. With our premium mix and a few fresh ingredients, you can whip up her signature carrot cake pancakes and cream cheese topping in your own kitchen. The flapjacks get their rich flavor from premium ingredients like brown sugar, nutmeg, Saigon cinnamon and plenty of carrots.

• 1 lb. 4.1 oz.
• Makes approx. 15 pancakes (4" diam.).
• Just add an egg, milk, cream cheese, buttermilk and butter.

• Pancake Mix: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), brown sugar (sugar, molasses), buttermilk powder (buttermilk solids, whey solids), carrots, non-aluminum baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), Saigon cinnamon, sea salt, natural Bourbon vanilla, nutmeg, baking soda.
• Cream Cheese Topping: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), cream cheese powder (milk, culture, salt, carob bean gum, enzyme, nonfat milk), natural Bourbon vanilla.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy.
