Expertly grilled to the perfect tenderness, these Angus beef ribs are seasoned with an umami-rich sauce made with soy sauce, onion and garlic, and sweetened with apple and pear. Prep is simple – just thaw the ribs, heat on the grill or in the oven, drizzle with the included marinade, and serve with rice and vegetables.

Receiving Instructions

• Short ribs ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.

Thawing Instructions

• Thaw overnight in refrigerator.

Preparation Instructions

• Cook from frozen or thawed on grill or in oven.

Grill Preparation

• Preheat grill.
• Grill over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
• Apply marinade as desired.

Oven Preparation

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Transfer ribs to lined oven-safe pan.
• Heat in oven for 12–15 minutes.
• Apply marinade as desired.

From Frozen

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Transfer ribs to lined oven-safe pan.
• Heat in oven for 18–22 minutes.
• Apply marinade as desired.
