• Columbus Italian Dry Salami: A San Francisco favorite since 1917, this Milanese-style dry salami is made with select cuts of pork, cracked black pepper, signature spices and burgundy wine, and aged up to 33 days. (8 oz.)
• Cesare Casella’s Prosciutto Speciale: Crafted in the tradition of the norcini, the itinerant country butchers of old Italy, Casella’s prosciutto is from premium heritage-breed pork that is salted and aged to tender perfection. (3 oz.)
• Vella Cheese Company Aged Monterey Jack: Made like fresh Monterey Jack but aged for an additional 7–10 months, this award-winning dry jack is firm and flavorful, with a nutty sweetness. (7 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• The gift assortment ships chilled with gel packs.
• Immediately store the salami and prosciutto in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 3 weeks, opened, or up to 3 months, unopened.
• Upon receipt, remove the cheese from the hamper and place in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 1 month unopened. Once opened, wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
• Fresh fruit may be stored either at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Depending on the variety, it will keep from 5 days to 3 weeks.
• Picholine olives and quince paste can be stored at room temperature unopened for up to 5 months. Flatbread bites should be stored at room temperature, where they will keep for up to 3 months unopened. Once opened, store them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
• Pistachios will keep for up to 6 months unopened. Once opened, store them in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Cheese Serving Instructions

• To experience the cheese’s full flavor, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, bring the cheese to room temperature for approx. 1 hour prior to serving.
• Leftover cheese is best re-wrapped in parchment or waxed paper. Plastic wrap is not recommended.

Bamboo Serving Board 

Use

• Not for use in microwave.
• Do not place hot pots or pans on the board, as they can create burn marks.

Care

• Hand wash in warm, soapy water after each use.
• Dry thoroughly with a towel.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Do not clean in a dishwasher.
