Inspired by a traditional recipe, this Japanese-style condiment is made with garlic, white sesame seeds, creamy miso paste, soy sauce and red chili. It's robust, savory and subtly sweet with a hint of heat – just a spoonful enhances everything from meat, seafood and vegetables to stir-fries, potatoes and eggs. The versatile sauce is also delicious mixed into salad dressings and marinades, and drizzled over noodles and ramen.

• Store at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.

• This is a natural product and will settle. Stir before using.

• Non-GMO sunflower oil and/or non-GMO canola oil, sesame oil, garlic, miso paste (organic soybeans, rice, salt), tamari soy sauce (non-GMO soybeans, salt, sugar), organic cane sugar, chili powder, white sesame seeds, chickpea flour.
