Slivers of orange peel are cooked in sugar for two weeks until they're tender, mild and translucent, then covered in dark chocolate for an irresistible balance of tangy sweetness and delicate texture. Receiving Instructions

• Chocolates ship chilled with gel/ice packs.
• Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.

• Orange, dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin [emulsifier], vanilla natural flavoring), sugar, glucose syrup.
