Receiving Instructions

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipping. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• For best results, place frozen croissants on parchment-lined tray, approx. 4" apart. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw in refrigerator for 3–8 hours.
• Remove thawed croissants from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature to rise and proof until nearly double in size, approx. 2–3 hours. Remove plastic wrap. Preheat convection oven to 350°F or conventional oven to 375°F. Brush croissants with egg wash, then bake until puffy and golden brown, approx. 18–20 minutes.
• Let cool slightly before serving.

• Dough: Enriched unbleached unbromated flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic acid, starter distillate), yeast, cane sugar, nonfat milk powder, salt, dough conditioner (enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], ascorbic acid, enzymes), eggs, almonds, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
• Filling: Pecan-pumpkin butter (pumpkin, cane sugar, pecans, lemon juice concentrate, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, caramel flavor, salt, vanilla extract, citric acid), water, pastry cream (sugar, modified food starch, nonfat dry milk, dextrose, sweet cream powder, vegetable fat [palm oil, rapeseed oil], sodium alginate blend [sodium alginate, calcium sulfate, sodium diphosphate, sugar and/or dextrose], tricalcium phosphate, natural flavor, beta-carotene [color], salt).
