• Shipped frozen to arrive chilled.

• Buttermilk Biscuits: These classic biscuits are fluffy, buttery and packed with buttermilk. (12 biscuits; 14.8 oz. total)
• Sausage Biscuits: These tender buttermilk biscuits are enhanced with seasoned pork sausage. (8 biscuits; 1 lb. 6 oz. total)
• Traditional Pimento Cheese: This Southern classic features shredded cheddar, pimentos and spices. (12 oz.)
• Fiery Pimento Cheese: Chile peppers, cayenne and secret spices lend fiery heat to this blend of cheddar and pimentos. (12 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Biscuits ship frozen with ice packs to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store biscuits in freezer for up to 3 months. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
• Store pimento cheese in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Settling may occur; stir before serving.

Baking Instructions

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Remove biscuits from plastic bag and let them thaw just enough to separate the stacked layers. Keep layers intact – do not pull individual biscuits apart. Discard parchment paper.
• Place both biscuit layers side by side on large piece of aluminum foil. Wrap edges of foil over biscuits to cover them completely and place foil pack directly on oven rack. Bake until biscuits are warmed through, approx. 25 minutes. Open foil and bake until biscuits are golden brown, 5–10 minutes more. Let cool slightly, then pull individual biscuits apart and serve.

• Buttermilk Biscuits: Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, leavening [sodium acid, pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate], salt), buttermilk (whole milk, natural culture, salt), butter (pasteurized cream, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized milk, cream cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum).
• Sausage Biscuits: Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, leavening [sodium acid, pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate], salt), sausage (port, water, salt, spices, dextrose, sugar), buttermilk (whole milk, natural culture, salt), butter (pasteurized cream, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized milk, cream cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum).
• Traditional Pimento Cheese: Sharp cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto), Monterey jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), mayonnaise (soybean oil, egg yolks, water, vinegar, cane sugar, mustard flour), pimentos (pimentos, water, citric acid), vinegar, cultured dextrose, salt, hot sauce (aged peppers, distilled vinegar, salt), Worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), black pepper, spice extract.
• Fiery Pimento Cheese: Sharp cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto), Monterey jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), mayonnaise (soybean oil, egg yolks, water, vinegar, cane sugar, mustard flour), pimentos (pimentos, water, citric acid), green onion, vinegar, cultured dextrose, salt, hot sauce (aged peppers, distilled vinegar, salt), black pepper, Worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), cayenne pepper, spice extract, mustard flour.
