• Since 1959, the Giacomini family creamery just north of San Francisco has produced exceptional cheese that has won awards around the world. The company's expert artisans used some of their most famous varieties to create these gourmet spreads. The assortment includes four customer favorites featuring Southern-style pimento cheese, Provence-inspired herbs and fruit, earthy black truffles, and a unique blend of blue cheese and dates. Use the versatile spreads as dips, slather them on sandwiches or pair them with charcuterie for a distinctive accompaniment.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Spreads ship chilled with gel packs.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 weeks. See best-by date on packaging for shelf life details.
