An effortlessly elegant entrée, our delicious portobello mushroom Wellingtons will satisfy vegetarians and comfort food fans alike. The hearty individual portions feature a classic puff pastry crust that's filled with portobellos, spinach, three kinds of cheese and aromatic herbs. Prep is simple – just heat and serve.

Receiving Instructions

• Wellingtons ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, enjoy within 7 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 400°F. Prep sheet pan with nonstick spray or pan liner. Place Wellingtons on sheet pan.
• Cook for 35–45 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and center is heated through.

• Puff pastry (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid], margarine [vegetable blend oils (palm oil, palm stearin, soybean oil), vegetable mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, artificial flavor, beta-carotene], water, contains 2% or less of: salt, dough conditioner [yeast], citric acid), portobello mushrooms, spinach, mushrooms, onions, low-moisture mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, skim milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, powdered cellulose [anti-caking agent], natamycin [preservative]), carrots, Monterey jack cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, potato starch [anti-caking agent], powdered cellulose [anti-caking agent], natamycin [mold inhibitor]), red bell peppers, blended oil (75% canola oil, 25% extra-virgin olive oil), Romano cheese (sheep's milk, rennet, salt), Parmesan cheese (pasteurized skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, whey), butter (pasteurized cream [milk], natural flavorings), panko (bleached wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), salt, garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, allspice, sage, dried rosemary, nutmeg, cayenne pepper.
