Acclaimed chefs Gerard Parrat and Dominique Place joined the company in 2008, using their experience and time-tested French techniques to create premium smoked fish from SeaBear's fresh daily catch. Featuring six signature varieties, this sampler is ideal for brunch platters, hors d'oeuvres and enhancing your favorite dishes.

• Smoked Scallops: Plump, moist scallops are delicately seasoned and smoked to tender perfection. (4 oz.)
• Smoked Sablefish: Rich, buttery sablefish is accented with organic tamari, olive oil, garlic and ginger. (3 oz.)
• European Lox: Made in the European style, this tender lox features layers of smoky flavor and a smooth finish. (3 oz.)
• Smoked Idaho Trout: Smoky steelhead trout is accented with organic tamari, olive oil, garlic and ginger. (5 oz.)
• Smoked Salmon Mousse Dip: This rich blend combines smoked wild-caught salmon with cream cheese, lemon, chives, dill and spices. (6 oz.)
• Wild Coho Gravlax: Premium wild-caught Coho is delicately smoked to highlight its pure flavor, then topped with spices and dill. (3 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Smoked seafood ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove seafood from shipping container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Serving Instructions

• Seafood is best enjoyed chilled. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.

• Smoked Scallops: Scallops, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke.
• Smoked Sablefish: Sablefish (sablefish, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke), honey, organic tamari, olive oil, onions, garlic, ginger, lemon zest.
• European Lox: Atlantic salmon, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke. Feed contains astaxanthin or canthaxanthin.
• Smoked Idaho Trout: Steelhead trout (astaxanthin [color], salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke), honey, organic tamari, olive oil, onions, garlic, ginger, lemon zest.
• Smoked Salmon Mousse Dip: Cream cheese (pasteurized milk cultures, pasteurized cream cheese cultures, salt stabilizers [xanthan and/or carob and/or guar gums]), smoked salmon (Coho and/or Sockeye salmon), shallots, contains 2% or less of: lemon juice, chives, dill, spices, sugar, salt, propylene glycol alginate, guar gum, gum arabic.
• Wild Coho Gravlax: Smoked salmon (Coho salmon, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke), dill.
