Solex Pastrami Smoked Salmon

Indulge in a salmon delicacy from the Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse. This New York specialty pairs the silky sweetness of wood-smoked salmon with the peppery bite of pastrami. Catsmo sources the best Atlantic salmon from sustainable farms in the waters off Chile, then flies it fresh (never frozen) to its facility in the Catskill Mountains. Each fillet is salted by hand and cold-smoked over apple wood and cherry wood before curing with a pastrami spice rub. Enjoy the presliced salmon as an hors d'oeuvre with rye bread, or for brunch with bagels and cream cheese.

Receiving Instructions

• Salmon ships chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store in refrigerator or freezer for up to 3 weeks.

Serving Instructions

• Salmon is best served chilled. Once opened, salmon will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

• Farm-raised Atlantic salmon, salt, cane sugar, spices, hardwood smoke.
