Party prep is simple with our two-bite tartlets. Handcrafted using fresh ingredients, they feature buttery crusts filled with satisfying combinations of vegetables, cheese and spices. The savory snacks arrive fully cooked, so all you need to do is heat them in the oven. The tartlets make a great appetizer or a delicious entrée when paired with a green salad.

• Roasted Pepper & Caramelized Onion with Goat Cheese Tartlets: Filled with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and goat cheese, these treats are seasoned with oregano, kosher salt and pepper flakes from Urfa, Turkey. (12 pieces)
• Swiss Chard & Ricotta Tartlets: These snacks feature a creamy ricotta filling made with Swiss chard, Parmesan, basil, nutmeg and black pepper. (12 pieces)

Receiving Instructions

• Tartlets ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks.

Thawing Instructions

• Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
• Do not thaw in refrigerator.

Serving Instructions

• Tartlets are best enjoyed warm.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tartlets on baking sheet approx. 1" apart. Heat for 8–10 minutes. Check after 8 minutes, as oven temperatures can vary.

• Roasted Pepper & Caramelized Onion with Goat Cheese Tartlets: Red pepper galette filling (onions, goat cheese [pasteurized cultured goat milk, sea salt, vegetable enzyme], roasted peppers, water, salt, citric acid, extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, kosher salt, oregano, Urfa pepper flakes, granulated garlic), tart shell dough (unbleached all-purpose flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], butter, water, egg, kosher salt, distilled vinegar, sugar).
• Swiss Chard & Ricotta Tartlets: Swiss chard ricotta filling (ricotta cheese [whey, pasteurized milk, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum], Swiss chard, Parmesan [milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], onions, extra-virgin olive oil, basil, egg, garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, nutmeg), tart shell dough (unbleached all-purpose flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], butter, water, egg, kosher salt, distilled vinegar, sugar).
