Prep is easy – just take the sides out of the freezer, follow our simple instructions and enjoy.

• Cranberry Relish: Featuring cinnamon, cardamom and plenty of cranberries, this versatile side dish is delicious served hot with your holiday dinner or cold on sandwiches the next day. (16 oz.)
• Classic Turkey Gravy: Thick and creamy, this gourmet gravy features rosemary, sage and paprika to add delicious savory flavor to holiday meals. (16 oz.)
• Parker House Rolls: Handcrafted with sweet dairy butter, milk and eggs, these traditional American dinner rolls are delectably light and fluffy. (12 rolls; 1 lb. 12 oz. total)

Receiving Instructions

• All sides ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened sides in freezer for up to 12 months.
• Once cranberry relish is opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.

Cranberry Relish

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Cold: Serve with your favorite seasonal garnish.
• Hot: Pour into saucepan and warm over medium to low heat. Stir continuously until relish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Serve with your favorite seasonal garnish

Classic Turkey Gravy

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Pour into saucepan and whisk continuously over medium-high heat until gravy comes to a simmer.
• Serve warm over meat and vegetables.

Parker House Rolls

Proofing Instructions

• Remove plastic wrap from tray and cover with parchment paper. Let rise at room temperature (68°F–72°F) for approx. 9 hours or overnight.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Make egg wash by lightly beating 1 egg with 1 Tbs. of cold water. Use pastry brush to apply wash to rolls before putting them in oven.
• Bake rolls until golden brown, approx. 18–22 minutes, depending on oven.

• Cranberry Relish: Cranberries, apple juice, sugar, water, contains 2% or less of: cardamom, ground cinnamon.
• Classic Turkey Gravy: Unsalted butter, enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), base (enriched wheat flour [flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], wheat starch, whey [milk], salt, chicken fat, turkey powder, onions, torula, yeast, caramel color, disodium inosinate [flavor enhancer], guanylate [flavor enhancer], spices [including celery seed], extractives of rosemary, extractives of paprika, extractives of sage, butyric acid, natural flavor), salt.
• Parker House Rolls: Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, sugar, butter (cream, natural flavor), water, eggs, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, wheat gluten, enzymes, ascorbic acid).
