Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake, Serves 12

In a cool twist on tiramisu, this elegant cake re-creates the classic Italian dessert with coffee-soaked ladyfinger sponge cake and ultra-rich mascarpone gelato. It's prepared entirely from scratch by an East Coast confectioner using house-made gelato crafted with fresh local cream and eggs. The cake and gelato are layered together in four luscious tiers, then topped with a traditional finish of cocoa powder.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. 
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store unopened in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 month.

Serving Instructions

• Ice cream cake is best enjoyed frozen.

• Gelato: Mascarpone, cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks, skim milk.
• Cake: Flour, sugar, eggs, butter, coffee, soybean oil, salt, vanilla.
• Topping: Cocoa powder.
