• Delicately sweet and aromatic, elderflower syrup adds complexity to a range of cocktails. Our version is enhanced with lemon, agave nectar and just the right amount of cane sugar. Add it to your favorite Champagne or mixed drink, or combine it with sparkling water for a refreshing nonalcoholic spritzer. The versatile syrup is also delicious on fruit and ice cream, and in baked goods and glazes.

Receiving Instructions

• Syrup ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 4 years. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

• In cocktail shaker, combine 1 part syrup, 1 part fresh lime juice and 2 parts vodka.
• Fill with handful of ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into chilled glass.
• Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
