They feature fine Italian white balsamic from Modena, highlighted by pure fruit puree and balanced by a touch of raw sugar. Mix the flavored vinegars into dressings and marinades, brush them onto grilled seafood and chicken, or drizzle them over pasta and risotto. You can also enjoy them with fresh fruit, ice cream and artisanal cheese.
