• A rarely exported heirloom variety from Vietnam, this cinnamon is intense in sweetness and spiciness with flavors of brown butter, buckwheat honey and orange peel. The deep red powder lends its deliciousness to baked goods, bread and desserts of all types. It also spices up oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies and chai masalas, and makes a comforting tea.
