Perfected in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen, our ready-to-bake cowboy cookie dough is handcrafted using premium ingredients like organic flour, creamery butter and Guittard semisweet chocolate chips, plus a hearty combination of rolled oats, pecans, coconut and cinnamon. The irresistible treats turn out moist inside, crisp outside and exceptionally delicious. Bake all 18 for special occasions or make a single cookie to enjoy by yourself.

Receiving Instructions

• Cookie dough ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place refrigerated or frozen dough on lined sheet with 3" between each cookie. Bake for 9–12 minutes. Check after 9 minutes as oven temperatures may vary.
• Cookies are done when edges are lightly golden and the centers are puffed.

• Semisweet chocolate (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), coconut, organic enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), brown sugar, sugar, rolled oats, pecans, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, sea salt.
