• Our gourmet dipping oil combines Olivier's premium California Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil with roasted hazelnuts. Featuring a bright, nutty, grassy flavor, the oil is enhanced with the sweet shallots and tangy orange zest. It's delicious as a dip for crusty bread or drizzled over roasted meat or cheese.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature and away from direct sunlight for up to 24 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Invert bottle and tap with palm.
• Shake to mix ingredients.
• Loosen cork and invert bottle.
• Slowly open cork a bit to pour.
• Additional pours: Place thumb on cork to secure and gently shake for second pour.
